Incredible effort!!! Running 124 km in a single, continuous push is a massive physical and mental feat, but doing it for such a meaningful cause makes it truly inspiring. Huge respect to the whole team for pushing through those 21 hours!

Thank you Daniel, that really means a lot.

It was one of the hardest things I’ve done, but also one of the most meaningful. The cause kept us moving when the body clearly wanted to stop 😅

I can imagine… at first I was under the impression that you were running a relay, but then I realized that you actually ran 124 kilometers! The longest distance I’ve ever run was 50 km, and once I did 75 km in a day but in three batches. So on the one hand I can relate to your performance, but on the other I didn’t reach the half of it… But if you ever plan a trip to Hungary, we have an event called “UltraBalaton” every May, where the athletes run around Lake Balaton. It’s 220 km. 🙂

Haha, no relay, just stubbornness and bad decisions for 21 hours 😅

220 km around Lake Balaton sounds insane though. After 124 km, I have a much deeper respect for anyone who does ultra distances seriously.

It’s mostly a relay event, but there are always some aliens doing it alone. Actually last year there was a guy who did 2 rounds in a row (440 km), but I’m sure he had some mental issues, a normal person would never do that. 🙂

440 km is no longer sport, that’s a side quest with medical supervision 😅

I respect it, but I’m definitely not putting that on my roadmap yet.
